One Port Pass operational between Zhongshan, Nansha

Under the supervision of Zhongshan Port Customs, five containers loaded with Galanz microwave ovens were shipped from Zhongshan Port's international container terminals to Nansha Port for export to Sudan on July 29 after being cleared under the GBA "One Port Pass" mode.

Since the normal operation started on July 13, five shipments of goods have been exported under this Zhongshan Port-Nansha Port "One Port Pass" mode.

Under this customs clearance mode, Zhongshan Port and Nansha Port, which belong to different customs districts, have realized information exchanges and mutual recognition of customs supervision, so as to achieve integrated customs clearance.

"With the support and guidance of Zhongshan Port Customs, the 'One Port Pass' mode has run smoothly and embodied great efficiency and convenience. More and more clients have chosen this mode to arrange goods shipment," said Dai Fei, general manager assistant of Zhongshan Port & Shipping Group Co Ltd.
