In Pics: Hengqin Flower Corridor

Hengqin Flower Corridor stretches 13.6 km from the Hengqin Bridge to Gang’ao Avenue along North Qinhai Road. Planted are floss silk, kapok, and flame trees, which bloom all year round.

More than 4,700 floss silk trees are now in their florescence through late December. The perky pink blossoms brighten the 6-km (4-mile) greenway section between the No 1 and No 5 rest stations.

Transport:

Drive to Flower Corridor No 1, 2, or 3 Rest Station using GPS Navigation. Five parking lots with 1,200 spaces are open to visitors for free.

Buses 14, 86, 87, 88, K10, or K11 to South Hengqin Bridge (横琴大桥南站), and walk 1 km north to North Qinhai Road following navigation.
