In Guangdong, drone delivery is becoming part of everyday life. The province is stepping up efforts to lead the emerging sector nationwide, with the goal of growing its low-altitude economy to more than 300 billion yuan by 2026.
The media event, themed "Vibrant China Research Tour," was held in Guangdong from June 29 to July 4, highlighting the province's achievements in scientific and technological innovation. On July 4, reporters arrived in Shenzhen and visited a drone delivery station operated by SF Express. More than 1,000 orders are handled at the station every day, reflecting the city's booming low-altitude economy.
Shenzhen is emerging as a pioneer in China's low-altitude economy, with drones becoming part of everyday urban life. Beyond the city, Phoenix Wings cargo drones have also been deployed in 18 countries and regions, bringing low-altitude logistics to global markets.
