The economic aggregate of the GBA has exceeded 14 trillion yuan, making it one of the most promising growth poles globally. "This joint interview activity is a journey to witness the development of GBA, focusing on themes such as new quality productive forces, high-quality economic development, technological innovation, fine traditional Chinese culture, and ecological progress."

Xu Luying, deputy director of the Seventh Bureau of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council, stated in her speech that media representatives from Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao visiting the GBA had the opportunity to report on its development and changes, its unique cultural heritage, and the spirit of openness, inclusiveness, innovation, and progress from different perspectives and tailored to the preferences of various audiences.

At the subsequent Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Media "Journalists Salon", Peng Jiu, representing the Secretariat of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Office, introduced the development opportunities in the GBA. Data shows that the company has already exceeded emission reduction targets in nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, and particulate matter monitoring for the year, even surpassing European and American emission standards. "We utilize combined cycle power generation technology with advantages in high energy efficiency, alleviating the electricity supply tension in the central and northern parts of Guangzhou. We are providing a strong power supply for the high-quality development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area," Li Huanhui, Chairman of the company, told reporters.
