Shenzhen-Shanwei Special Cooperation Zone facilitates travel to Hong Kong and Macao

Recently, the travel permit renewal service to Hong Kong and Macao was officially launched in Shenzhen-Shanwei Special Cooperation Zone.

Three self-service all-in-one machines for endorsement businesses were used on September 15, successfully handling the first exit-entry permit renewal service.

“I don’t need to take a taxi to downtown Shenzhen anymore. It’s so convenient right now,” said Ms. Deng, the first local citizen applying for a renewal.

According to the authorities of Shenzhen-Shanwei Special Cooperation Zone public security sub-bureau, this move marks a milestone in its administrative services and it will continue optimizing exit-entry management in the future.
