Recently, Guangdong officially issued the Overall Development Plan for Foshan Sanlongwan High-end Innovation Cluster (2020-2035).

Sanlongwan will be built as an important platform for the development of the Greater Bay Area and the leading innovation cluster on the west bank of Pearl River. With an area of 130 square kilometers, the cluster bordering on Guangzhou and Foshan, will cover the Sino-German Industrial Services Zone and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Cooperation High-end Services Demonstration Zone.
